While Not Defined By FND is dedicated to the FND community, we believe it’s important to sometimes take a break, engage with others—both within and beyond the FND community—and share in fun and laughter. For many, especially at the beginning of the journey with any condition, it can be challenging to focus on what we can do rather than what we can no longer do. These activities are a reminder that we can still watch movies, play games, and enjoy engaging, meaningful experiences with others.
